Privacy policy
How we handle personal information collected through this website. Last updated 1 January 2026.
This is a template policy supplied with the site build. Have it reviewed by counsel and adapted to your actual data-processing activities before publishing.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email address, organisation, enquiry category and message you provide. We do not collect special-category data through this site, and we ask that you do not include any in your message.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in replying to a business approach you initiated.
- To keep a record of partnership and press conversations, retained for 24 months from last contact.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations where an engagement follows.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you add analytics, disclose the provider, the data collected and the retention period here, and obtain consent where your jurisdiction requires it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with processors acting on our instructions, such as hosting, email delivery and CRM providers, each bound by a data-processing agreement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, write to evolve@kykuyo.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the partners and staff who need it, and records are deleted on the schedule described above unless an engagement requires longer retention.
